I am going with the Nissen, and upper/lower hoses, and a new thermostat.

I also found that I didn't have to remove the fan, I just disconnected the fan shroud and moved it toward the engine. The whole job only took about an hour. Be careful not to over-tighten the hose clamps on the new radiator.
