They are hard to see, and there are only two of them around the fan pulley. I find that it helps to set a small flashlight just behind the front engine hoist eye and shine it down on the back of the pulley, that usually illuminates the right spot on the engine. Then rotate the pulley with a wrench and the short allen socket until the holes line up, put in the special tool to hold the pulley, and then you can take the bolt off. Remember to use anti-seize when reinstalling.
