I want to be sure I'm getting the correct parts. It looks like I need:

cross member - 126-610-01-14
transmission mount - 116-240-04-18
flex disk kit - 126-410-04-15

I know what the cross member is, it's the thing you should NOT lift the car by! I'm not too clear on the trans mount and really unclear about the flex disk. I've listed the part numbers I found (for my 1989 560 SEL). If someone has the time to check my part numbers, I would appreciate it. Also, can one of you geniuses explain what the flex disk looks like? After I'm done, or if I get stuck, I'm going to have Ben's Workshop check the alignment of the drive shaft, etc., etc. Thanks!
