From the looks of the part #, it is in the "Panelling and Lighting" group. If it's something small, MB usually won't re-tool to make it. Gears for 300SL Gullwing transmissions on the other hand, they will....and have. A long story about a customer's car...

Your best bet is to find a breaker yard and get what you need. I suggest European Connection in Falmouth, Kentucky. Call and ask for Bernard. He has 75 acres of just Mercedes, over 900 cars and I'll put money on the fact that he has what you need. I lost the number, but the area code there is 859, so just call information.
