Bent tranny support?
Be sure and carefully inspect the car body where the tranny support attaches. It is not designed to support the weight of the car and may be bent upward as well. If so, judicious application of a 'post maul' from inside the car can straighten it out.
You MUST get the rear of the transmission back down to the proper height to avoid driveline vibration. You might have to use spacer shims (self fabricated) and washers under the cross-member bolts to achieve this.
