I have a young couple as clients who hold dual citizenship.. US and the land of their birth. He needed a couple of stents to open clogged heart arteries.
Went back to the motherland and had the job done for a measly $800.00 US.
I'm just guessin', but the same thing here probably would have been $10-15,000 even if done on an outpatiet same day basis, which I don't know they do yet.
Just wondering though. In the lands of cheap health costs, are the people free to sue the Docs & providers for botched jobs..real or imagined...as they are here?
