Prefab is always cheaper and their are many choices out there. If you want items that aren't available from the prefab people then site built is about the only alternative. Make sure you have at least 9' ceilings and 10' would be better. With 10' ceilings you can fit a lift.  |
Question Doug. Our Hardie garage has sat unpainted since last fall. I was under the assumption that it did not need primer, but was recently told that if it's since out in the weather for a few months that it will indeed need a coat.
Is this true?
