I went to a new (for me) pick a part in Hyde Park, NY (FDR's home town)

Here is what I found. If anybody is interested in having me pull a part and shipping it to you, let me know. I will get prices from the yard and see if we can come to an arrangement.

Cars:

darker yellow 240D in good shape! Has all engine parts and nice sheet metal. Interior is OK in fawn. Has four cream painted wheel covers in great shape in trunk and four wheel covers on good shape in the darker yellow on the car.

White '86 500 SEL (says AMG!??) with blue interior. front end smashed up. lots of other good sheet metal. wood (dash console, etc)ripped up

I took the window regulators, seat switches and power right mirror.

Grey '83 300 SEL with red interior. lots of good sheet metal and some decent interior parts missing CCU and gauge cluster

Yellow 300 D (W123)seems intact did not look very closely at it.

Grey 300TD (W123) Missing some engine parts but hydraulic and vacuum pumps are intact Grey int missing some wood and the climate controls.

Let me know if you want me to look more closely at one of these cars and I will get you prices on parts.
