If you adjusted what I think you did.....it's part of the governor that lives inside of the back end of the FIP......specifically the speeder spring.....if you took the time to count the number of hexes that you moved it....just turn it back...it should get close....the only true way to set that adjustment properly is on a test / calibration bench.....
