With my 84 300D the speedometer neddle flikers excessively - now I know it is the spedo cable inside encountering friction against the spedo calbe housing but does anybody know specifically if I can on this specific vehicle pull this cable out and can it be done from the top at the instrument cluster or from the bottom at the tranny connections?
