Ive got this car ready for its inspection sticker but have failed to figure out the horn issue .Pulled the steering wheel to see if it was grounded properly and the contacts were in good shape ,test light indicates I have a ground to the power wire or should I say the contact lead that powers the horn when depressed ,this should not be hot until the two leads cross ,leading me to a possible relay inline ,does the 123 s have a horn relay ?
