If it has the R4 like my 300d, you just take tension off the belt and then pull it out.
Looking from the front of the car, the tensioner is on the top right of both the compressor and the PS pump. They pivot on the top left bolt (looking from the front again).
Basically loosen the bolts and then loosen the nut on the tensioner and then with some grunting and pulling, the belts come off.
