79 240d old style alternator replacement?
I have a issue with my alternator. It is the old style post and plug and will not accept the newer style plug only alternators that I have been able to find. Can I splice the wires and put a plug on to make it compatible with the newer style alternators, or is there some other easier way of replacing my alternator?
