I had various services performed by AlphaCars service department approximately 3 years ago on my 1992 300D.

Work that was done by AlphaCars Mechanical shop and parts that were installed held up very good and clearly met my high expectations.

Unfortunately rust repairs that were done by AlphaCars body shop on my car did not last as long. Several months after work was done rust began to surface. After I contacted AlphaCars with the complaint they performed warranty repairs. To my disappointment rust began to surface again. I decided not to go back to AlphaCars for rust warranty work.

Through this forum AlphaCars owner and General Manager Dmitry Bykhovsky learned of my problems with rust repairs. He contacted me right away and offered to help. Since I already did rust repairs recently myself I suggested that a refund would be appropriate.

The reason I decided to make a post in "Good MB Shops" because after almost three years after the original work was done shop owner contacted the customer and not only offered to do warranty work but also agreed to issue a fair refund for that work on pro-rated basis.
