That seems extremely high. The parts alone will run between $700-$850 depending where you get them. Dealer prices shouldn't exceed $1200-$1300. Which leaves about $2K for labor.
Considering that the regulator and tensioner are very easy to change on this model and the brake job is like any other car I can't imagine $2k for labor.
What exactly was the breakdown (labor, parts)?
