I was scouting around my local boneyard today and came across a 1974 Euro. 450SLC. The front and rear short bumpers appear to be in real nice shape except for the front rubber bumper guards. The yard wants $300 bucks for them.

I'm seriously thinking about swapping out the ugly US bumpers on my 1980 450slc. I'm a bit skeptical about the amount of protection they offer, but they sure would look good on my car.

Does anyone know if they will bolt right up? Will I need some sort I adapters? Any advice would be greatly apprciated. Thanks
