The brake light was on in my "new" 1990 190E. My mechanic said the front pads and rotors needed replacement. Me, being too cheap to spend the money right away on this car, had them replace only the pads since there was no pedal pulsation with the old rotors.

Immediatley the brakes began to squeal. I then had the mechanic pull the pads and apply that anti squeal stuff--worked for about two days. Finally, last week I had the rotors replaced, but the brakes still squeal almost as much as with the old rotors! Help, they're driving me crazy!
