The center bearing hides under (or over in this case) the tunnel cover, a large plate bolted to the pan with a bunch of 13mm bolts (with two hidden on the back face by the differential). You may have enough room to snake the cover plate off to the sdie without droppibg the exhaust, but not sure there is room to get at the nut.

Let us know if this plate can carry the weight of the car
