If the car pulls, it might suggest an alignment. However, I wouldn't be surprised if its both a bad alignment and misblanaced wheel. Especially with older the wheels (and steel rims) balance becomes important because they are more heavier then alloys. If a heavy wheel becomes out of blanace their is probably going to be a big difference causing alot of vibration. It happened to us all the time in our 92 Toyota Previa which runs on stock steel rims.

For this reason alone, I have my cars tire's and lifetime alingment at one place. Everytime they put new tires on they try to convince me I should get an alingment done, once I say okay have it check out, I let them know I have a Lifetime alignment. Costs me nothing.
