First thing I would do is remove anything from the interior of the car that might make some kind of noise. (that doensn't belong there or isn't naturally part of the car) So if you have a jacket, wife's purse, briefcase, etc take it out and listen. After that you may also want to have someone else drive the car and you listen from several different seating positions. Sometimes the acoustics can have you chasing echos. If it sounds like it is coming from the sunroof area from anywhere then you probably have your location. Then pressure point test till you find the culprit.
