Thanks Sean, thats a good site. I need to check it out more thoroughly when I get a free second or two.

I did notice that the chain procedure posted on that site only replaces the top rail. I need to redo the chain tensioner "rail" and lower rails too: so the pan needs to come down to get the front timing chain cover off. Oh well..
