Kind of funny hearing that from old Mercedes drivers. I'd expect that on, say, a ford taurus board..

Seriously though, my last three had 286K, 220K and 375K each, though they were diesels. My BMW was about 230K and it was a gasser, heck this Volvo turbo wagon I have now is the only thing I've ever had with under 150K on it(and it needed a motor, go figure). This 190 has exceptional service history and compression and leak down are both spot-on. Head's been done, trans been done, why the concern over the miles? It don't look it to say the least.
Is the chassis's longevity somehow inferior to w123/126 cars?
Every other 190e I come across, with half the miles or less, is pretty much ragged and on it's 5th owner. This is on it's 2nd owner, and I was there when he bought it.
