I just bought an AllDataDIY subscription for the 107, and I was looking at this very topic. There is a service bulletin from MB about adjusting the windows.

What I learned:

- there are lots of adjustments.
- the basic starting point for correct window height is to have the front edge aligned with the top of the triangular seal on the door.
- the window is always adjusted to fit perfectly with the soft top, and then the hard top seals are adjusted or shimmed.
