Also, there are spacers that go on the end of the springs that can be replaced with thicker ones to raise the car. The mechanics identify the spacers by the number of 'bumps' they raise the car.

Again, another way of saying that you are not likely to actually need new springs.

Good luck! I will bet that new struts will restore your ride just fine!
