The T3 is an ancient turbo, designed before WW2. Don't even consider it as a replacement. Look to the newer GT series.

Any specific models in mind? The Holset HX25 I am thinking of using seems quite hard to source. I would like to build boost faster and run no more than 17 or so PSI.
