I think you did very well. With a little cash, care and time you will be real happy with your car. Daughter loves hers. Buy a couple meters of fuel return line and start there. Then clean everything off real well so you can spot the source of leaks easily. You probably have an R12 system and it could be just a little low on gas. Clean out the lines from the manifold to the ALDA and see how she runs. Keep us posted and love to see your pictures.
