Check the bearings on the serpentine belt tensioner pulley and the fan pulley as soon as you have the belt off. It might take time to get replacements and you don't want to have to take everything apart again to change those pulleys. On my car, the fan pulley is part of an assembly that includes the base that bolts to the front of the engine.

Another good measure item is that stubby hose that goes between the thermostat housing and the head.
