What should I expect to pay for a tune-up ?

basic VS more than I need

My 1990 500sl , 107k, runs just fine, good accelleration, starts every time, non smoker, good mpg ( 15-19mpg when not hot doging it), a bit of a rough idol when cold.

I just don't know if it was ever tuned-up or how diffrent it may feel after some TLC.
