Are you planning on basically swapping the stock amp with the Bose? I'm not sure this will work. The Bose system is quite different. You would have to check impedances and I think the speaker setup is different. Stock uses pillar speakers, Bose doesn't, so crossovers, etc. may be different.

To be honest, I'm not sure it would be worth the effort, IMO.
