jetting for altitude w108

I have a 1970 280S (108.016) that lives at 8000 ft. It occasionally travels down to 5000 ft. I was wondering what would be involved in jetting the dual Zeniths for my altitude.

Mind you I know very little of jetting and have only rejetted a single carb motorcycle in the past.

What about these so called "air correction jets"? Is this a magic bullet that adjusts all at once by increasing air intake? Could I be so lucky?

Anyway, any thoughts would be appreciated, including but not limited to, you're crazy...
