Disconnect the battery and pull the cluster. Search forum for instructions... It's easy. Inspect for any signs of damage, especially the printed foils. If no signs of damage, reinstall it and try it again. ( reseat connections ) Those clusters usually don't completely fail. You didn't jump start it, did you? Check OVP fuse. Also, search forum for instructions on how to reset the soft top control module.
