Yes I do make my own. Once you have built and operated the processor, it is very easy to make a batch. I've never made a "bad" batch of bio, but I have made some fuel that is not well converted and has residual glycerides in it. I was actually running B100 with this batch last week when the temperature dropped and it immediately coated my prefilter with greasy crap. Swapped the filter and it was good the rest of the week, andnow I'm running B80 with a better-converted fuel - the same stuff I'm running at B30 in my Liberty CRD.

I've also gelled up a couple of times in extremely cold weather. In one case a filter swap got me home and in the other topping off with diesel and anti-gel cured the symptoms of imminent filter plugging.
