Don't know anything about that particular vender, but looks like it couldn't hurt to use it as long as it controls only the fan. Probably a sensor for another model or make of car made by the same company, with a lower trip temperature than the factory sensor. It is simply a thermostatically controlled switch that grounds out at a certain water temperature. I bet if you could find out a part number you could buy it cheaper elsewhere knowing how Ebay works.
