Lynn, if I'd gotten past the 'research' point on whether creative's product as represented had the
quality required, customer service would/could be a factor.
From what we both learned at the site you moderate is that the quality is lacking, primarily in 'fit', which, in my view, is a showstopper. FYI, when your forum's conversation started to throw this company under the bus from a 1st hand perspective, I sent two 'invitations' to Creative to join in to either stand up for their product or at least explain to those interested in it why it was a good alternative to consider. To date, if they showed, they've been silent....of course that string devolved into a 'guess Mr. Texas' age/IQ' discussion so if Creative did show up, I suspect they were dutifully impressed.
