Well yes and no, with a displacement mono hull, water line length equals speed. So since its the longest it would be the fastest, in theory.

Since there are so few large sailing yachts/ships left, its probably the fastest in theory.

Its competition would be like the Eagle, ect. Which would be much slower.

However speed and having a seaworthy vessal are usualy two different things. I'm not convenced his Maltese Falcon is the safest blue water boat; seems more like a near shore party boat. Those masts are very tall, and all the technoligy is untested.
