Becker North America has an exchange policy for several models. I think it's $129.00. Send them yours and you'll get back the same model including the code. You'll have to go to their website. Don't bother with email (they don't reply). Call on the phone.

Or you can take out the radio and go to the dealer who might look it up for free if you have photo ID and registration for the car.
