I did mine a year ago and it has been pretty hard but slowly I have broken it in better over time ... it ain't real great though. I noticed a seat fix on Hunters special order parts list .... 1269142215 W123 & W126 Front seat foam support inserts ...... has anyone ever tried one of those?
