I hope my relating of this experience is not interpreted as a universal knock on MB technicians. This is truely my only bad experience. Unfortunately, as in most businesses, the happy customers rarely write to thnak or compliment, but the unhappy customers are very noisy. To all you honest techs, thank you, and please keep it up!
