Ok, it's about to be official - I bought my little 240D last year, and I have that MBhunger!

Actually, my wife has it. Her Jeep is in the shop (again) and she is ready to unlo..I mean sell it to some lucky buyer

Anyway, she is now convinced that MB is the way to go. She loves the 240D and loves that it is easy (for me) to work on, and is reliable.

Sooooo, I am looking at the car in the title.

the problem is "I should tell you that it climbs hills like a slug. It smokes and it uses a quart of oil every 200-300 miles. But it always starts, even on cold days. I have driven it like this for nearly three years."

I don't think this is the rodbender 6cyl. is it?

He is asking $6k

how about it?

***edit***

ok after a bit more searching I see that this IS a rodbender and that is a symptom of the same...

right?
