did you clean the bearings thoroughly before repacking, or just soak them?

the old grease needs to be totally removed. use high temp disc brake compatible grease.

you can get a 150 Gram tube from your local dealership.I am not positve on the amount per hub on your w107, but it is between 45-60 g / side. I do it like Kestas myself, making sure to put some in-between the bearings.
make sure to pack the cap full to the ring.
