That's cool StreekG. I wouldn't have been concerned if mine looked like yours. That fine steering wheel probably helps keep your attention off the speaker grills too.
Your speakers sit lower than mine do. I also had to cut the hole larger than yours to accommodate the wires that go to the tweeter. The tweeters on my speakers sit flush with the top surface of the speaker covers and I couldn't under-mount them due to the vent tube.
