First easy check with those codes would be to remove the front engine cover and look for a broken/cracked white plastic vac line under the cover . This line goes from the intake across the engine to the SOV for the EGR valve....... so, this would bring up the EGR code and the leak would also bring on the others. This hose is a common fault on that engine and should be replaced with a full length rubber one..
As you have plans for a plug change , I would also recommend changing the three plug connectors under each coil..another common fault on that engine..
.......also, use ONLY F8DC4 plugs ...
