My experience is with 123 door handles having changed the whole handle to replace the door lock.If the handles are fitted the same in both models you should be able to take the screw out,and not affect the fitting. If you're worried about dropping the screw inside the door put a bit of chewing gum on the end of your screwdriver.Dont take all three screws out at the same time and you should be alright. If you get really adventurous and take the whole handle off be very gentle there are breakable parts in there!Alternatively if you get really desperate see what the set up is on the other door you might be missing something.Hope this has enlightened you some what Funflyer.
