Don't worry (too much) we'll help you figure this out. I think it is unlikely, but when you get under there take a peek at the front surface of the bellhousing, just behind the engine oil pan. There should be a big plastic plug about the size of your fist there that keeps garbage out of the bellhousing. If by some chance that is missing, you could get something in there making a noise. Or something could be loose in there ( you should look in there and spin the engine ). There should be something you can see with the car on a lift.
