if the steering box was replacent and not lined up right with the wheel it will do that....drive around and do alot of turns and test to see if one blinker KINDA works maybe intermittently then it is for sure just the wheel.

if it is then you have to disconnect it from the steering box and re do it...kind of a pian though.
