This was from a 1986 420SEL. It's the MBUSA version. At least 95% intact (looks entirely full, probably missing a few band aids). Of course, this should be considered an artifact and not a real first aid item- this stuff is over 20 yrs old. It's just neat to be able to pop the hatch in the parcel shelf and see it there.
