A car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Thats the good and bad about eBay. Sometimes things get driven up in eBay and sometimes you can't get squat. You can get prices of completed listing on eBay back 90 days I believe. Thats not a bad starting point.

NADA/KBB are good sources also, but also ask your insurance co. If the car gets totaled what will they give you.

Right now MB prices are high on eBay. Seems in relation to gas prices. I've gotten 2 MBs from eBay. I'm pretty happy with my choices and prices I've paid.
