Cam folowers/lobes are in great condition per mechanics opinion.
I have also thought about shims in order to level the lifters, but I was told it should not be done at this moment...I was told that shims are used after head job...
Mechanic said that it is obvious that 1 or more lifters loose oil during the night and you could here them at cold start up. This is not the 1 case with Febi lifters in his work...He is very experienced Mechanic he owes authorized Mercedes service for more than 30 years....
