As you can see from above I too have the same 92 500SEL and I would like to know what problems you had. If I can still get the warranty I would like to make sure I cover all the problems you had with yours. Currently my biggest concern is a hard thump sound when I go over say railroad tracks or large bumps. I am trying to figure out what is causing it. I am not sure if it is something to do with the automatic level control. Any help would be appriciated.
