Does anyone know if there are quarter panels or patches available for a 1984 380sl?

As I'm sure many owners in the northeast have experienced, mine has some bubbles coming up (about the diameter of a U.S. half dollar) just behing the driver's side door on the flutted part of the 1/4 panel. I know rust is generally much more extensive than what it appears, and was wondering if parts were out there or if I should just have the local shop do its best to fill and reshape it.
